Key Responsibilities
• Claims validation
• Adjustments of claims
• Ensuring consistency between quotations, circumstances of loss and accident damages
• Internal costing of the job by getting independent quotes from body and spare part dealers
• Engaging repairers for cost negotiation
• Pursuing and keeping track of Subrogation and other recoveries
• Salvage disposal
• Carrying out and arranging for motor and non-motor inspections
• Customer Service
• General advice to clients on basic insurance products
• Preparation of monthly management reports

Required qualifications & Experience
• Diploma in Insurance
• Grade 12 with Merit or better in English and Mathematics
• Minimum of 4 – 7 years’ experience in Claims handling

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: Associate Degree
