Role Description
• Aiponics is seeking a full-time hybrid Account Executive to join their team located in Lusaka with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing assigned customers and generating new business leads. They will be working with customers to identify their needs and providing solutions to their concerns. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Qualifications
• Qualifications
• in Agri Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of agricultural sector and/or AgriTech a plus
• Ability to speak local languages is an added advantage
