Responsibilities
• Record and update daily transactions ,Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports .
• Track and reconcile bank statements, Manage and record petty cash , reports Process tax and other statutory payments (e.g. PAYE, NAPSA and withholding taxes) .
• Manage payroll and keep organized records Record accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and Process payments to staff and suppliers Process retirements, review and organize receipts and file all documents.
• Help to ensure that staff follow all financial policies, procedures and regulations Perform other duties as assigned .
