JOB DETAILS:
• We are in search of a dependable Administrative Assistant to carry out an array of administrative and clerical responsibilities. The role of the Administrative Assistant encompasses offering assistance to our managers and staff, aiding in daily office requirements, and overseeing the overall administrative activities of our company.
• An Administrative Assistant holds a crucial supportive position within an office environment. Their primary duties comprise proficiently managing and disseminating information among colleagues, handling telephone calls, and carrying out various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
• Handling incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
• Efficiently arranging and managing appointments
• Organizing meetings and capturing comprehensive minutes
• Composing and dispatching emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Assisting in generating regular reports
• Establishing and overseeing an orderly filing system
• Ensuring office policies and procedures are up to date
• Procuring office supplies and researching favorable deals and suppliers
• Maintaining contact databases
• Making travel arrangements
• Managing and reconciling expense reports
• Providing comprehensive assistance to guests
• Acting as the primary liaison for internal and external clients
• Cooperating with executive and senior administrative assistants to address inquiries and requests from senior managers.

Requirements and Skills
• Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.
• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and adeptness in problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be advantageous.
