Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting WFL’s Mentorship Program by managing its pillars: MentorHer, InnovateHer, Women in the Boardroom, and the soon-to-be-launched Master Classes. The role involves planning and coordinating activities, maintaining records, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to the successful delivery of mentorship initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management
o Collaborate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of mentorship pillars.
o Organize and coordinate workshops, training sessions, and program activities.
o Maintain effective communication with mentors, mentees, and other stakeholders.
2. Administrative Support
o Keep accurate program records, including participant databases and activity logs.
o Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and program updates.
o Document and distribute meeting minutes and program materials.
3. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
o Act as a liaison between WFL and program participants, providing updates and responding to inquiries.
o Ensure clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
4. Event Coordination
o Support the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events.
o Manage logistics, schedules, and resources for program activities.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications
o Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
2. Experience
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, administration, or event planning.
o Experience in working with diverse stakeholders is an advantage.
3. Skills
o Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.
4. Personal Qualities
o Passionate about empowering women and supporting leadership initiatives.
o Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
o High level of integrity and accountability.
