JOB DETAILS:
Administrator
We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and meticulous Administrative Assistant with experience in an administrator role. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.
The Right Fit candidate should be able to:
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Submit and reconcile statutory returns
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Handle requests and queries from company directors
• Create quotations, invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, etc.
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
• Create, edit and register correspondence letters.
• Manage company petty cash, reconcile and submit weekly/monthly expense reports.
• Assist in the application of the process of work permits and collection of report orders for all expatriates.
• Issue and record all cash advances to all local and expatriate employees
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt against supplies.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Manages records of personnel, expenditures as well as government rules and regulations.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
The Administrative Assistant Must Have:
• A tertiary qualification in Business Administration or another related qualification required
• Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken English)
• High levels of responsibility and accountability
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of portable communication radio devices and CCTV will be an added advantage.
The preferred candidate should be willing to start immediately.
