JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a talented AFTERMARKET LEADER to join our team specializing in SALES for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in KITWE, COPPERBELT, ZAMBIA.
In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:
• Guide both Sales and Service Function teams for the Branch and ensure superior WIP (Work in Progress) and accurate sales forecasts and targets for the Branch
• Lead in Technical and key OEM monthly Customer meetings and manage internal Sales, Technical and Service meetings
• Leads, manages, and coordinates communication and interfaces with the customer at appropriate levels. Negotiates and implements contracts with accounts as authorized
• Supports account strategy and works with key stakeholders in the business to achieve optimum results.
• Manages accounts receivable deliverables including payment terms negotiation discussions. Drives Customer Focus Six Sigma initiatives to strengthen relationship with customer.
• Develops, manages, and maintains business relationships with assigned accounts supporting the organization’s sales strategy. Assists growth or new business opportunities and cost initiatives, and extends and expands sale of products and services to existing clients

Qualifications
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
• Technical/Commercial Degree with mining experience or Technical Diploma with extensive experience in equivalent industry.
• Ensures accountability – Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
• Articulating Value Proposition – Interprets internal and external customer needs based on relevant application.
• Able to steer high level Technical and Service meetings with OEMs. Understands engine operation in off highway mining Haul trucks, excavators etc
