JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate leads and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitor research and industry trends, to identify areas for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and unique selling points of our products/services.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results, providing regular updates to the management team.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in business development or sales roles.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
• Availability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
