JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated entry-level field business development officers (Lusaka x 2 & Copperbelt x 2) to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a background in life insurance sales, financial services and a passion for building relationships and delivering value to clients. In this role, you will help expand our client base, develop new business, and promote our full range of business advisory services. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the company, receive mentorship, and develop your sales career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

SKILLS
• Proven track record in sales, particularly within the life insurance industry or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate complex concepts.
• Experience in consultative sales, with the ability to offer tailored business solutions based on client needs.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a field sales environment.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proactive approach to overcoming objections.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing & sales or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
