JOB DETAILS:
Chalimbana University in conjunction with Lyamabai College of Education in Mongu seeks recruit an Accountant and a Librarian. Lyambai College is an equal opportunity employer.

Accountant
the right candidate shall report to the College Principal and the Director Finance.

Librarian
Qualifications
1. Full Grade 12 certificate
2. Minimum of Diploma in Library studies, a degree is an added advantage.
3. Minimum of one year work experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate all library activities
2. Take stock of all book requirements
3. Keep up to date record of book receipts and issuesa
4. Any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor
5. Possession of full Grade 12 certificate
6. ACCA, CIMA, CA
7. At least 2 years minimum experience
8. Associate member of ZiCA.
9. Pastel accounting knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare cashbooks
2. Perform bank reconciliations
3. Keep students payment records up to date.
4. Update both receivables and payables
5. All statutory monthly returns.
6. Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
