JOB DETAILS:
Consultancy Work to carry out Final Evaluation of the Project titled: “Strengthening Citizen Action to Improve Democratic Governance in Luapula and Western Provinces” Contracting Authority: Mansa District Land Alliance (MDLA) Brief Background: With the financial support of the European Commission (EC) and the Czech Development Agency (CzDA), the consortium of partners – Mansa District Land Alliance (MDLA) and People in Need (PIN), are implementing a project aimed at strengthening citizen’s action to improve democratic governance in Luapula and Western Provinces. The project is implemented from January 2019 to January 2022 in the following districts: Chembe, Nchelenge, Chienge and Mansa (Luapula) and Mongu, Kalabo and Limulunga (Western Province).

A Candidate is Requested to Submit:
1. CV demonstrating previous experience in evaluation (references related to evaluations/monitoring/data collection and analysis are welcome)
2. Technical proposal including:
• Proposed approach and methodology
• Indicative evaluation Work plan and schedule
3. Financial proposal including:
• Budget, including all taxes, daily value and total value (for both the Consultant’s fee, data collection expenses and administrative costs), international flights and domestic flights, visa (if necessary)
4. 3 examples of relevant previous work (evaluation reports related to similar projects) When preparing the budget, applicants should consider that MDLA and PIN are both able to provide:
• A car with a driver and fuel to carry out the necessary work in Luapula and Western provinces, however, these expenses will be part of maximum budget allowed;
