Contract Administrator

Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Issuing purchase orders to contractors
• Ensuring contractors meet our terms and conditions
• Screening contractor invoices in comparison to purchase orders
• Preparing contracts with clients
• Ensuring clients meet our terms and conditions
• Pursuing payments from clients
• Filing
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Contract management or any related field
• Should have knowledge in Project Management
• Registered member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ)
• Minimum 3 years experience.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36 12:00:00 AM Bachelor Degree
