Customer Service Administrator
Your Role
To play a Team Leading role in the Operations Department and ensure all Forwarding tasks are completed in a timely, cost effective and precise manner. Expected to be civil and polite to all clients and co-operate with other members of staff as well as follow laid down procedures at all times when carrying out your daily tasks. No outside work may be undertaken without permission from the Managing Director
What Are You Going To Do?
• You will be reporting to the Operations Manager
• Provide correct and accurate quotations & invoices to clients
• Provide updates to the clients (Internal & External) via tracking reports in collaboration with Customer Service for all incoming & out going shipments
• Update all transactions in Cargowise
• Must be conversant with Microsoft Office
• Invoice all forwarding jobs in Cargowise for all forwarding related jobs
• Provide clients with invoices for all jobs done
• Follow up with clients on payments
• Coordinate the cargo release process
• Work hand in hand with other departments on all clients transactions
• Any other operations related duties that will be assigned to you by your supervisor
• Quality: To integrate quality into the business by ensuring that every customer contact is a demonstration of absolute dedication towards providing first time ideal solutions for the satisfaction of customer’s immediate and future needs
• What Are We Looking For?
• Advanced Diploma in Logistics & Transport
• A strong and excellent knowledge of all facets of the Ceva/ Logistics Business possibly with proven track record in Operations / Shipping or Forwarding function
• Vast knowledge in Cargowise
• Excellent interpersonal and Communication skill
• Flexibility in working hours
• Three-years related experience
