JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
• As a Customer Service Consultant at Teledoctor, you will be the frontline support for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our services is exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Customer Interaction: Manage a large volume of incoming phone calls, ensuring each customer receives the highest level of service.
• Sales Support: Generate sales leads and meet team sales targets through effective communication.
• Customer Satisfaction: Identify and assess customer needs, providing accurate, valid, and complete information to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documents.
• Policy Adherence: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Customer Engagement: Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their experience with Teledoctor.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in managing customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
