We are looking for someone that has at least 2 years of experience in the money lending/microfinance sector.
The candidate must be self-motivated, demonstrated knowledge of deposit and lending procedures and regulatory requirements.
Moderate skills with a high level of proficiency. May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to meet more complex requirements of the job.
Duties and tasks are frequently routine.
Resolves most routine questions and problems.
Works under general supervision in carrying out recurring assignments.
May assist in orienting and training new or less experienced staff members .
