JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma or Bachelors in Purchasing Supply or equivalent
• At least 2 years work experience in similar role

Duties & Responsibilities
• Accurate & on time update of Inbound and outbound materials of the warehouse.
• Keeping the track record of belts, pallets, hardware & timbers.
• Daily update of stock report of all the go down and any deviation analyzing of root cause and escalating the same to warehouse Manager/HOD.
• Coordinating with issuing team for waybills & delivery notes & with receiving for ‘Finished Goods Receipt Note’.
• Warehouse travelling inventory documents are printed and checked for discrepancies between inventory and actual inventory.
• Daily statistics of diesel oil and various oils in and out of storage, and make orders in POS system.
• Clean up hardware storage hygiene, responsible for the corresponding health area to do a good job for 5 s.
