JOB DETAILS:
Depot Manager
Key Accountabilities
• Overseeing and managing all depots activities across the country
• Running national and local store marketing promotions.
• Gathering market intel specific to the depots
• Managing branding and marketing of the depots
• Supervising and managing staff in the depots
• Expanding the market by rolling out of new stores
• Refining ordering process and managing stock takes
• Establishing and maintaining customer database
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on depots productivity
• Monitoring and managing depots establishments

Qualifications/Experience Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales /Marketing or any related field. Business Administration will be an added advantage.
• 3 years’ experience in similar position
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
• Storage Management
• Computer literacy
• Team player
• Stock management
• People Management
• Excellent communication skills
• Brand influencer
• Valid driving licence
