JOB DETAILS:
Niven Kings Trading Limited is a start-up consumer finance company operating in Zambia. Our company helps individuals in need of short-term financial solutions – all of which make a meaningful and lasting impact on the local communities.
Earn extra cash in your free time. Take charge in selling products and services by going out and finding clients. Ensure proper completion of all loan documents and verify correct attachments needed before submission to supervisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sale weekly Loan Products to micro business owners.
2. Provide information on products and services to clients – need to continually update knowledge on the latest products and all related services
3. Offer a personalized service to clients and build a lasting relationship based on trust, honesty, and integrity
4. Help potential clients to discover the best solution to fulfill their needs – educate client on all potential products
5. Meet sales target by maintaining a wide client base to earn commission
6. Collect all due loans
7. Maintain 100 percent collections Target

**REQUIREMENTS**
1. Grade 12 school leaver with a credit or better in English and Mathematics
2. Can work on full-time basis for extra earnings
3. Honesty and Integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
4. Approachable and team player
5. Interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer service
6. Previous experience in the field – added advantage
7. Relevant selling skills
8. Independent and flexible
9. Negotiation skills
