JOB DETAILS:
Kafubu Water and Sanitation Company is a Water Utility Company on the Copperbelt Province, providing quality water and sanitation services to its customers in Ndola, Luanshya and Masaiti. In its continued strides to sustain and improve service delivery to its esteemed customers, the Company seeks to employ a highly motivated and goal oriented individual in the position of:
DIRECTOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES
3YEARS CONTRACT
Location: Ndola
Reporting to: Managing Director
Overall purpose of the job
To manage the marketing and sale of water and sanitation services and other products in order to generate income and sustain the operations of the Company.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing effectively the formulation, review and implementation of policies, strategies and procedures in order to guide commercial operations.
• Managing effectively development, review and implementation of tariff structures for water and sanitation services and other products in order to ensure cost reflective services.
• Managing effectively the maintenance of accurate customer database in order to facilitate decision making.
• Managing effectively provision of customer services in order to provide information and facilitate resolution of complaints
• Managing effectively business development strategies in order identify new business opportunities and grow the revenue base
• Managing timely and accurately the processing and distribution of service bills in order to collect revenue
• Managing effectively the development and implementation of revenue/debt collection strategies in order to maximise the collection revenue due to the company
• Managing effectively the preparation of revenue forecasts in order to facilitate the preparation of the Corporate budget.
• Managing effectively community sensitization and education awareness campaigns in the company's catchment areas in order to ensure stakeholder support in the implementation company programmes.

Qualifications and Experience
• Full form V/Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
• 10 years with 5 years at Management Level
• Experience in the water and Sanitation Sector will be an added advantage
• A Masters Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field will be an added advantage.
