JOB DETAILS:
Driver
Forlan Logistics Limited is a dynamic and progressive company looking to fill the position of Driver on a full time basis. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with the following.

Responsibilities
• Safely drive assigned office vehicles by following set rules and regulations.
• Transport people to their destinations, or handle office pick-up duties, and deliver parcels and documents.
• Perform daily inspections on all assigned vehicles, at the beginning of each day.
• Ensure that cars are properly cleaned and maintained and that any need for repairs is outlined and reported.
• Receive items and documents for transport and ensure that they are safely transported to their destinations.
• Maintain contact with the team or team member to ensure that he or she is made aware of delivery or transport situation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned vehicles and ensure that proper detailing is performed
• Transport staff and/or packages to and from destinations timely and correctly.
• Arrive at destinations on schedule
• Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.
• Research and plan for traffic and weather delays
• Use navigation applications to determine the best route to take in ensuring that timelines are met.
• Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
• Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date

Requirements
• Basic technical knowledge of mechanics
• At least 7 years driving experience in an organization.
• Class B valid driving licence.
• No adverse record of traffic violations
• Passionate about great service
• Good English command both reading and writing
• Resident of Kaunda square stage 1 or Ngombe a must

• Punctual and reliable.
• Excellent geographical knowledge of Lusaka roads and routes.
