JOB DETAILS:

REPORTS TO: THE HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure safety of passengers and vehicles at all times
2. Collecting and delivering mails and carrying out other errands as requested
3. General office support as assigned by supervisor and other senior staff
4. Ensure all vehicle reports are done and submitted on or before the scheduled date
5. Ensure cleanliness of vehicle and verify that the vehicle is in good condition before use
6. Carry out periodic checks on vehicle to determine maintenance needs and report accordingly and on time
7. Record costs of vehicle fuel and services

Requirements:
1. Minimum of three ( 3) years of driving experience in short and long –distance routes
2. Essential: Must have a clean and valid driver’s license record
3. Desirable: Should be flexible and able to adapt to abrupt changes on short notice
4. Ability to work during weekends depending on request
5. Good spoken and written English
6. Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and proven ability to work in a team
7. Proven ability to work under pressure and availability to work outside of normal business hours as required
8. Minimum of a Class C1 drivers licence

Qualifications:
1. Grade Twelve (12) Certificate
2. Trade certificate in Mechanics OR better

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
