REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. ZNBC/7294/2021

EMPLOYMENT OF A CONSULTANT TO IMPLEMENT ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) AND BROADCAST MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BMS).

Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) has provided funds for consultancy services in the 2021 budget. It is intended that part of these funds be applied towards the selection of a consultant to supervise the implementation of SAP ERP and the BMS for the Corporation

ZNBC now invites sealed proposals from SAP Accredited Single or Consortium firms as Consultants to implement the SAP ERP and the BMS.

A foreign bidder who intends to participate in this open international selection shall partner with a citizen bidder. The Evaluation process shall give due priority to the citizen bidder or a consortium where a citizen bidder holds more stake than the foreign or local bidder.

The selection will be based on the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) procedure as prescribed in the RFP and specified in the Public Procurement Act Number 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011.

Submission Procedure

Technical Proposals and Financial Proposals must be submitted under a single stage, in two separate envelops marked Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal respectively, sealed, packed in one envelop and clearly marked: "RFP NO. ZNBC/7294/2021 - EMPLOYMENT OF A CONSULTANT TO SUPERVISE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING AND BROADCAST MANAGEMENT SYSTEM" and addressed to the:
Head Procurement and Supplies Unit, Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation, Mass Media Complex, Alick Nkhata Rood, PO Box 50015. Lusaka.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested Consultants from the ZNBC Accounts Office by cash Bank Certified Cheque or Bank Transfer at a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Kwacha (K1,000.00).

The closing date for receipt of proposals is Friday 18th June, 2021, at 10:30 hours local time and they will be opened at the same date and time in the Boardroom located at the reception of the ZNBC Mass Media Complex in Lusaka in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.

LATE PROPOSALS AND TELEGRAPHIC AND/OR ELECTRONIC OFFERS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
