JOB DETAILS:
If you are an Executive Chef who enjoys curating creative unforgettable casual dining experiences and leading an army of high performing chefs. This is your chance to work for a renowned restaurant chain in the heart of Lusaka city.
Must haves:
*Minimum four (4) years management experience in a similar role in a fast paced kitchen environment.
*Minimum Seven(7) years overall experience in food design and preparation.
*A foundational Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Strategic organisational leadership
*Ability to coach, mentor and lead chefs in new menu designs, health and safety and food hygiene practises.
