JOB DETAILS:
Mission
• To ensure 85% of DC promised dates are fulfilled and shipped to the LDC expeditiously.
• To ensure circulation of weekly changed promised dates to all stakeholders
• To ensure circulation of the Customer back order with correct promised dates to all stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Daily analysis of M3 open orders to ensure DCs promised dates are fulfilled.
• Weekly sharing of detailed back order report with all stakeholders, and with the correct promise dates.
• Communicating delivery date changes to relevant stakeholders in the regional CCs.
• Constant follow-up with DCs through ACIGN/ Emails/ Telephone to ensure parts are shipped as soon as they are available.
• Support the Order Fulfillment Manager achieve his/her mission

Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality requirements
• Ensures implementation and maintenance of the SHEQ Management Systems in the department
• Ensures customer requirements are satisfied/met
• Wear necessary PPE in the workplace.
• Ensure good housekeeping in the workplace.
• To report all incidents/accidents to the immediate Manager.
• Employee to protect their own health and safety and health and safety of others.

Competences, skills and experience
• Good understanding of procurement and supply procedures
• Ability to communicate with different clients.
• BPCS/GIM/M3 Online/Advanced Excel
