JOB DETAILS:
• We are seeking a highly experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team immediately. As a leading company in experiential events and marketing, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional design solutions that elevate our brand and captivate our target audience. Responsibilities:
• Conceptualise and create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital assets, advertisements, social media graphics, packaging, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience in order to develop effective design concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design capabilities and incorporate innovative design elements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, photographers, and web developers, to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including both print and digital work.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand guidelines and marketing objectives into visually impactful designs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
• Exceptional creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Grade 12 Certificate with a minimum of a B/Merit in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, candidates with no qualifications but hold exceptional portfolios will be considered.
