Expression of Interest for the Provision of Property valuation services at Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC)
1. BACKGROUND
The Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) is a body corporate established through the enactment of the Citizens Economic Empowerment Act No. 9 of 2006 (CEE Act) to foster broad based economic empowerment. CEEC is currently in the process of calling for applications from interested parties for the provision of debt collection services.
CEEC invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced targeted firm (In accordance with the CEE Act), to carry out property valuation services for property repossessed by the Commission after foreclosure proceedings.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EOI - APPLICATION PROCESS
EOI applications can be made via the CEEC online application portal on http://applications.ceec.org.zm or through sealed envelopes clearly marked "Expression of Interest for the Provision of Property Valuation Services" and should be deposited in the tender box situated at the reception of the CEEC Head Office for the attention of:

EOI respondents must clearly specify their property valuation methods in the stated proposals.
EOI respondents will be required to supply the general Terms and Conditions they expect to work under, so that the commission can assess and align to its Terms of reference.
EOI respondents must state their geographical reach as the Commission Services all districts in Zambia.
EOI respondents must be registered with the Valuation Surveyors Registration Board
EOI respondents must be have Professional indemnity with reputable insurance company.
NOTE: CEEC reserves the right to reject EOIs that are incomplete or do not meet the requirements mentioned above. Submission of EOI, therefore, does not carry any expectation or imply any right to participate in the planned tender.
DEADLINE: The closing date for submission of proposals for the provision of property valuation services is Friday, 14 April 2023.
