Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the data collection and record keeping of crops.
• Supervise the general workers and field worker.
• Assists in coordinating repairs, maintenance schedules and proper maintenance of all farm equipment to maintain safe and efficient equipment.
• Assists in coordinating and assigning daily work schedules for general workers employees.
• Assists in maintaining the grounds of the farm, pesticide s storage, safety procedures, and ensure that workers use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12 Certificate
Trade/ Professional certificate
2 years work experience in relevant field
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Professional Certificate
