JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications
• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or its equivalent.
• At least two (2) years working experience in same position.
Specifications

• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of office management.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.
• Printing, Scanning and Photocopying facilities.
Purpose
• Performing administrative duties to support daily business functions and operations.
Responsibilities
• Act as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers and welcoming visitors to the company.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and emails.
• Handling administration requests and queries from senior managers.
• Manage and assist with the enforcement of operational and disciplinary rules, according to the code of conduct.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Arrange travel arrangements for senior managers.
• Ensure provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) to factory employees and implement health and safety rules.
