JOB DETAILS:
The General Secretary(GS) Position is key in the strategic development and direction of YMCA Lusaka Branch. The office of the GS provides oversight over all local Associations affairs i.e both financial and programs.

Scope:
i) Ensure the Coordination all programs and activities
ii) Facilitate the research, planning, development and evaluation of programs and services
iii) Facilitate Resource Mobilisation and social enterprise activities.
iv) Ensure Timely compilations and submission of relevant reports
v)Facilitate capacity building programs for staff and volunteers
vi) Provide Secretarial services to the board and other ad hoc committee as requested.

Summary of position boarders on Leadership, Financial, Policy implementation, Capacity building and Networking.

Qualifications
• Minimum first degree in relevant fields- Social Sciences, Development studies, Business and organisational management.

Experience and Age
• At least 5 years experience in management position, must be a Christian with church based reference and ecumenical inclination . Aged between 27 and 35 Years.

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
