JOB DETAILS:
1. Background
• Kudu Consulting (www.kuduconsulting.co.zm ), wishes to enhance its social media presence through the consistent publication of captivating and visually appealing content. In order to facilitate this endeavour, we are presently seeking an intern graphic designer for a duration of six (6) months, with prospects of extension. The selected individual will be responsible for creating graphical templates for the firm and deploying exceptional social media content that aligns seamlessly with the Kudu Consulting brand.

2. Scope of Work
• Designing: Creating visually compelling posters for social media platforms, following brand guidelines and the content calendar.
Conceptualization: Collaborating with the programs team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns.
Consistency: Ensuring all designs are consistent in style, tone, and messaging with the overall brand identity.
Adaptation: Adjusting designs for different social media platforms as needed, including variations in size, format, and layout.
Research: Keeping abreast of current design trends and best practices in social media marketing to maintain an innovative and relevant approach.

3. Required Skills and Experience
• Any relevant experience in the field will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, evidenced by a strong portfolio featuring social media content.
• Skilled in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
• Extensive understanding of current social media trends and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Natural creative flair with meticulous attention to detail and dedication to maintaining design consistency.
