Syax seeks to employ a vibrant Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years working experience in printing advertising industry or similar who will be the lead to shape the visual aspects of projects undertaken by the design team.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate and brainstorm with the creative team to define design briefs and requirements.
• Research concepts, designs, reference material, and similar work.
• Review and proofread designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready.
• Implement feedback revision and create final designs for printing.
• Oversee the printing process to ensure colour quality and consistency.
• Manage the timelines and workflow of print design projects.
• Communicate updates, feedback, and issues with the clients, managers, and the creative team.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and printing standards.
• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload.
• Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities.
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
• Provide leadership to the marketing and design team.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements
• Diploma/certificate in Graphics Design, Fine Arts or related field
• 3 years’ work experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Competent in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadline
• Should be creative in designing and able to edit backgrounds, product images, words etc.
