Media 365 is an award-winning creative consultancy focused on designing and implementing projects and campaigns through strategy, creativity and insights, to create positive transformation and impact.
Based in Lusaka, Zambia, we work with local and global clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors since 2008.

We are seeking an experienced, empathetic, curious, creative and collaborative individual who can independently manage and provide the necessary Human Center Design technical expertise to advance our client’s objectives.

To qualify for the role, you should meet the following requirements;
• Master’s degree in any of the following; design, communications, anthropology, sociology, psychology, economics, behavioral science, public health, public policy or any field with relevance to Social and Behaviour Change programming or research. Or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with equivalent of work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ of professional experience in human-centered design and/or closely related areas such as user experience, user research, design thinking/design strategies, participatory action research, ideally applied to a health setting
• Expertise in user/human centered design practices, methods and tools.
• Demonstrated experiencing leading and designing HCD programs in low-income or vulnerable populations, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa.
