Exciting News! Carrick is expanding in Lusaka, Zambia and we’re in search of a Head of Operations with an entrepreneurial streak to spearhead our operations in this thriving market.
As the driving force behind Carrick’s presence in this region, you’ll shape strategy, build strong client relationships, and lead a talented team of Private Wealth Managers.
What you will be doing
• Strategic planning and execution
• Lead the team and support their development
• Client relationship management
• Analyse Financials and decision-making
• Attend to compliance and risk management
