JOB DETAILS:

Head of Operations – MONYGLOB

Roles and Responsibilities
• To provide efficiently, quality customer retention and service.

Essential Functions:
• Manage and oversee the daily activities of the operations team
• To develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Develop and monitor operations controls
• Manage and direct the activities of operations team to acquire new customers
• Establish and maintain relations with the regulator and key partners
• Work closely with service providers to establish relations with mobile money providers

Education and Experience:
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Business & Finance management or any business related field.
• Has experience with management skills
• Proven working experience in bureau de change or EPS provider or mobile money
• Knowledgeable in Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Funding policies
• Experienced in the foreign exchange market
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage team members Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Willing to travel country-wide when required
• Candidate should be médically fit

Preferred:
Minimum of 5 years and above experience preferably in bureau de change Master’s
• Degree is an Added Advantage
• Skills, Abilities, Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications:
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stay calm and focused.
• Supervisory skills – ability to train Employees to use time efficiently
and to be uncompromising regarding service delivery.
• Basic computer skills
• Physical Exam Required: Medical Report & Police Clearance
• Desired Start Date: 1st May, 2024.
