JOB DETAILS:
• Role Description
As a Hostess at our coffee shop, your role is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. You will be the initial point of contact, greeting customers with enthusiasm, guiding them to their seats, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit. Your responsibilities include managing reservations, maintaining a tidy and organized dining area, and assisting in coordinating seating arrangements efficiently.

• Qualifications And Experience
• Must have grade 12
Must have Hospitality and Front Office experience in a similar role
Tertiary Hospitality Qualification would be an advantage, but is not essential
You must have 3 or more years work experience
