San He Manufacturing (Zambia) Limited have vacancies for its plant located in Chisamba District. The company hereby invites qualified individuals to fill the below position
Human Resource Officer

Qualifications and Experience
• Coordinate the administration of the Recruitment and Selection processes
• Facilitate new employee information and maintenance to the payroll
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of the start performance rele process
• In conjunction with other members of the HR hit provide advice on the interpretation of HR policies, procedures, guidelines and employee relations issues to staff and management
• Maintain human resource databases to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment related information as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by managing director and/or senior staff
• Attend meetings at labor office or court when need arise
• Well articulated in grievance management procedures
• 2-3 years post qualifications experience in similar role

Note: All candidates must have no criminal record and must comply with Zambian laws and regulations
