JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
1. Driver Recruitment:
• Develop and execute a driver recruitment plan, ensuring the company has a high-quality and compliant team of drivers.
• Screen, interview, and select suitable driver candidates, ensuring they possess the necessary qualifications and skills.
2. Driver Management:
• Responsible for driver training and development, ensuring awareness of company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage the day-to-day work of drivers, assist in resolving work-related issues, and maintain positive employee relations.
3. Resignations and Emergency Handling:
• Handle the resignation procedures for drivers, ensuring a compliant and smooth process.
• Manage unforeseen situations that drivers may encounter during work, including but not limited to accidents and emergencies, providing support and solutions.
4. Employee Records Maintenance:
• Manage and maintain records for drivers, including training records and performance evaluations, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
5. Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with the transportation management team, ensuring human resources activities align with business goals and requirements.
• Provide support and advice to promote effective teamwork and communication.
Requirements:
1. Preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Relevant experience in human resources management, especially in the transportation industry, is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle complex interpersonal relationships.
4. Ability to independently solve problems and handle emergency situations.
5. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, with a strong legal awareness.
6. Proficient in office software, such as Microsoft Office.
