JOB DETAILS:
The Right-Fit Candidate :
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management a Degree will be added advantage
• Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
• Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources Management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Recruitment & Selection – interviewing skills
Knowledge in HR Systems development and implementation
Computer skills in Microsoft Office software
Be able to work in a team.
• Refined knowledge of Zambian labour legislation and regulations
• Knowledge in implementation of best-practice HR policies and procedures
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
