ERG Africa invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of

Human Recourses Manager. This role is based in the DRC.
As Human Resources Manager at Frontier SA, you will play a key role in the management and development of our human capital. You will be responsible for implementing HR best practices, in accordance with mining industry standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement human resources management strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Supervise recruitment, selection and integration processes.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts or concerns.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Organize and supervise training and development programs.
• Evaluate and improve HR processes and policies.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Manage employee performance and evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure cohesion and productivity within the team.
• Provide regular reports to management on HR metrics.

Qualifications and skills :
• Diploma in Human Resources Management, Work Psychology or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the mining industry.
• Good knowledge of Congolese labor legislation.
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mastery of relevant IT tools and HR software.
