JOB DETAILS:
OTK Manufacturing and Trading Limited

Job Responsibilities:
• Providing daily attendance and site reports to management
• To conduct employee training/orientation for new employees joining the OTK Group
• To abide by the monthly budget set out for the HR Department by the Accounts Team
• Mitigation of Risk: to maintain compliancy of the company with State, Federal and local Labour Laws and Regulations.
• Stay on top of applicable Labour Legislation.
• Liaise with accounts on loans, advances, leave days, absent days, sick leave, overtime etc and keep records of all documents on file relating to any of the above for any given employee
• To actively involve yourself in any recruitment and/or training of new staff
• To maintain accurate and complete employee records- which are to be revisited/edited if required every 6 months
• Monitor employee performance daily and provide monthly employee performance reports to management
• Preparing and updating employee records on their allocated files relating to hiring, transferring, promoting, terminating, grievances, absences, compensation etc.
• Explain HR Policies and procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees, including the Company Code of Conduct, and other relevant information.
• Ensure contracts and/or new hire paperwork is carefully and fully processed and completed.
