Job Summary
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
• Manage and maintain network systems and security protocols.
• Install and configure software, hardware, and other devices.
• Document technical procedures and updates.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support.
• Familiarity with networking protocols and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
