JOB DETAILS:

The ideal candidates will be responsible for applying specialist technical expertise and customer support in the installing, testing, tuning, optimizing, diagnosing problems, repairing, upgrading and maintaining Globaltrack products and solutions within the client’s fleet

Installations job accountabilities include:
• Client liaison with regards to planning installations & repairs of new & existing units
• Pre-Assessment checks of client vehicles.
Installations of new units into Client vehicles according to Globaltrack QA Standards
• Health Checks & repairs and Quality checks of existing units
• Execution of special Electronic/Engineering projects
• Ensuring a positive and excellent customer experience with regards to on-site installations
• Ensuring vehicle, stock & toolkit is well looked after, clean & in good working order.
• Administration control of stock, toolkits.
• Communication and training to customer relating to Globaltrack solutions

Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma / Certificate Electrical Engineering or Auto Electrician.
• 3 to 5 years work experience in Telemetric, tracking systems or similar.
• Good written and verbal communicate abilities
• Ability in using hand tools
• Computer literate
• Driver’s and/or Motorbike License

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
