INSTALLATION OF SIXTY (60) SOLAR STREET LIGHTS IN KALABO DISTRICT, WESTERN PROVINCE OF ZAMBIA

Kalabo Town Council has received resources under the Road Fund from the government. These funds have been earmarked for the installation of Sixty (60) Solar Powered Street Lights in Kalabo District, Western Province of Zambia.

The Council now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, as stipulated in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020. The tender has been floated through the e-GP platform and shall be conducted using Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures.

Tender Requirements

1. Site Visit:

   • A mandatory site visit is scheduled to be undertaken by interested bidders.

2. Bid Submission:

   • The tender submission deadline is Friday, 15th December 2024 at 10:00 hours local time.
   • All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-GP platform.
   • Late bids will not be accepted.

3. Bid Opening:

   • Submitted bids will be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
