Responsibilities
• Develop solar business in Zambia, develop new customers to achieve the sales growth.
• Develop solar distributors in local market.
• Tracking customer satisfaction and developing a retention plan.

Qualifications
• Have the sales experience in solar lights, batteries, solar panels, solar inverters, etc.
• inverter engineer or the related experiences
• At least 3 years in International Sales with proven record
• Possess excellent sales and negotiating skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Good English communication ability
• Familiar with import and export business
