JOB DETAILS:

Olympic Milling Copperbelt Limited .

Job Responsibilities:
• Recording weighbridge transactions for dispatching and receiving goods and products accurately.
• Liaise with departmental heads to ensure timely dispatch and receiving of goods and products.
• Manage Drivers and Trucks to ensure efficient and effective utilization of company vehicle fleet.
• Ensure accurate completion of orders being dispatched in time.
• Ensure that safety procedures at the dispatching bay, weighbridge and diesel tanks are adhered to.
• Liaise with external transport companies in order to meet deliveries on time.
• Control and supervise diesel stocks.
• Inspect all company vehicles and ensure effective repairs are done on time.
• Monitor the Geotab and inform management of any misconduct observed.
• Any other duties assigned to your by the General Manager or other senior officers of the company.

Job Skills:
• Grade 12 Certificate (GCSE).
• Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma Purchase and Supply or Diploma in Logistics and Transport.
• Minimum 3 years work experience.
• Silicosis Certificate.
