TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A BRIDGE TENDER NO. ZTC/CZP/EC/01/23

Zambezi Town Council has secured funds through the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development and intends to apply part of these funds towards the construction of a bridge in Dipalata under Zambezi East Constituency-Zambezi District

The tender is restricted to Citizen Bidders in accordance with regulation 83 (2) (d) (ii) of the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022.

(General Roads and Earthworks), PACRA registration certificate, proof of bid purchase, valid Tax Clearance Certificate with Zambia Revenue Authority. litigation status, power of Attorney, signed letter of bid, bid declaration and Social Security Contribution as required by section 89 of the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020. (Proof of payment should be provided for annually renewable documents where the certificate has not been issued)

Eligible bidders may obtain the Bidding documents from Zambezi Town Council Procurement Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 300.00 in cash or cheque.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days only.

Submission Procedure

SEALED BIDS MUST BE CLEARLY LABELED WITH TENDER NUMBER AND BIDS MUST BE DEPOSITED IN A TENDER BOX AT ZAMBEZI TOWN COUNCIL CIVIC, PO BOX 150001, CHAVUMA ROAD, ZAMBEZI DISTRICT ON OR BEFORE MONDAY 3 APRIL, 2023 AT 10:00 HOURS AND LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The bids will be opened soon after closing at Zambezi Town Council in the Chamber in the presence of interested bidders or representatives who choose to attend.
