JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Janitor (Cleaner) to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.

Responsibilities
• Clean the interior and surrounding of the building (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows and walls and restrooms).
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for cleaning and repairs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements
• Must be mature man. Preferably 25 years and above
• Ability to handle equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently without supervision
• Education and Qualifications
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a cleaner
• Must have grade 12 certificate or GCSE.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
