Sales Account ManagerWe are looking for an experienced sales account manager to support clients and manage sales activities. The responsibilities of sales account manager include maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact.
To be successful as a sales account manager, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of CRM software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Ultimately, a quality sales account manager should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
Key Performance Areas• Achieve 100% of monthly/annual sales targets.
• Manage accurate Forecast Commitments and Pipelines and develop new Prospects.
• Report accurately on sales activities and Inform the Sales Director.
• Develop and maintain the existing base.
• Customer relationship building including but not limited to customer visits.
• Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrates and cross-sell products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Identify print business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analysing sales options.
• Sell print products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
• Identifies product improvements or new print products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Schedule ongoing new appointments with business leaders to introduce print programs and determine proper solutions.
• Manage the print sales process from start to finish.
• Create value for our prospects through skilled questioning, finding pain and building a solution.
• Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
• Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
Requirements• Minimum qualification requirement is a Diploma.
• 2 years IT / Office Automation Sales experience will be beneficial.
• Fully Computer literate.
• Excellent Communication Skills on all levels, telephonic and face to face customer relations skills / presentable / self-motivated.
• Excellent Presentation, Planning and organizational skills.
• Experience selling solutions from mid to large organizations.
• Valid driver’s license
Skills/CompetenciesAs with all sales positions, self-motivation, team player, discipline and a drive to succeed is essential. The ability to prospect for new business development to generate leads and make sales presentations for company is critical.
Graphic Designer The Graphic Designer will support the marketing needs of internal departments, with a focus on creative content development, layout, design, and copywriting. The position will be responsible for layout and updates to company marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, emails, infographics, corporate templates, and the corporate website. The position will also share responsibility for writing copy for product literature, email campaigns, the company web site, advertisements, blogs, case studies, videos and materials as assigned.
Core ExpectationsMust have content layout expertise, an eye for design, and an ability to translate core business concepts into compelling visuals. Must have experience with various forms of copywriting for marketing content development. Must be able to adapt to brand style, tone and standards. Able to handle multiple projects and priorities, work well independently or in team environment.

• Experience with design/layout of content for wide variety of media, including web, collateral, online/digital media
• Proven ability to write compelling copy
• Able to leverage and coordinate with multiple resources and SMEs to develop content

• Maintain marketing style guides and corporate marketing templates
• Able to adapt to, enforce and enhance corporate brand standards related to tone/voice
• Provides support for portal and website administration and other activities
• Experience of digital marketing, including web, video and email
