JOB DETAILS:
Position Goals & Objectives:
• The Labs Manager’s main objective is to ensure incubated startups are a success and focus on developing opportunities and experiences for Member growth.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist in Overall operational management for its successful execution;
• Coordinate to ensure efficient procurement, assets management and logistical services management
• Assist with implementing Human Resources policies across all labs
• Ensure Financial Resources Management and Value for Money for all Adanian Labs
• Launch and maintain an active and engaged community, facilitating the growth of each startup within Labs
• Manage the Labs admissions process to ensure a full roster of promising startups participates in Labs each month
• Drive growth, promotion, and management of Labs programming for the space
• Manage the overall functioning of the lab facilities, environment, and operational team.
• Actively and thoughtfully manage issues that arise from a shared set of resources.
• Direct, assign, and prioritize lab staff activities (routine tasks, special projects, and initiatives).
• Manage the performance and development of operations team members (including regular check-ins and annual performance reviews) as well as participating in hiring processes.
• Collaborate with the Adanian Labs team and members to identify and execute on opportunities and strategies to continually improve our value proposition
• Manage the Labs member pipeline: generate leads, conduct tours, and build a pipeline of exciting new startups to join our program and ensure a full occupancy and community participation each month –
• Take responsibility for sales and community dynamics. This includes collaboration with our Adanian labs Sales team and Community teams.
• Work closely within the Operations and human resource in Maintenance of teams to ensure the highest level of startups experience and satisfaction
• Manage day-to-day team member’s needs and works to get to know member companies and develop meaningful relationships to provide them with the best resources and opportunities possible
• Coordinate and run events and ongoing tailored programming, with the ability to assess outcomes, receive feedback, analyze methods and techniques, and participate in the ongoing development of events and programming
• Connect your members to the wider Adanian community, ensuring that knowledge and resources are shared between the various branches, ultimately “graduating” Labs members to offices when their ventures mature
• Create and manage a Labs alumni community, continuing to involve them in mentoring the new generation of startups participating in the program
• Build strong relationships between the business community, local government, and the Labs community.
• Maybe you can add coordinating with external partners, managing short term Adanian Lab projects, working with communications teams to ensure proper brand positioning

Experience and Requirements
• Knowledge in Business incubation and acceleration programs in business administration and program coordination.
• Working knowledge of industrial-organizational psychology, general management, sales, and marketing and Familiarity with software engineering principles.
• Strong understanding of start-up financing and operations (burn rate, funding rounds, organizational scaling)
• Applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, ordinances, statutes, and regulations
• 2 years’ Experience in operations, project management, Administration, sales, and/or customer service from an experience-based environment
• BA/BS or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or other related degree
• P&L experience required
