Job Overview
As Learning, Development and Culture Associate you will be responsible for leading, designing, and delivering Learning and Development initiatives across all teams. You will also be responsible for evaluation of all the programs to inform future adjustments and decisions.
A large part of this role will be promoting and maintaining the amazing Fenix Family Culture that is an integral part of what makes Fenix, Fenix!.

  Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leading and Execution of Learning and Development Goals
• Designing, and delivering Learning and Development initiatives across all teams
• Creating tools for evaluating team uptake and utilisation of skills developed in various programs
• Identifying and proposing training needs by conducting a needs analysis and consulting with stakeholders
• Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
• Managing all our initiatives and programs against the L&D Budget
• Assess the success of professional development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Support Managers in properly administering and using development plans effectively
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
• Source and be creative about opportunities for ongoing development
• Be reactive and quick to resolve or iterate any specific hurdle arising from various L&D programs
• Track feedback from team and action what is useful
• Report progress on Professional Development monthly
Performance Reviews & Updates
• Develop, maintain, iterate and update all performance review trackers
• Report progress on execution of performance reviews monthly and make recommendations to management
Culture & Events
• Organise Fenix events such as All Hands, end of year parties and other key activities such as team meetings and workshops.
• Help maintain Fenix culture by owning special events in team’s lives like Birthdays, Weddings, Celebrate Fenix babies etc.
• Lead our team of chefs in ensuring the efficient running of our kitchen
• Planning and implementing team building activities of different teams
Health & Wellness
• Manage the relationship with our medical insurance provider and the rest of the team
• Maintain and update health insurance plan and database
• Lead and implement Fenix health and wellness initiatives
Team Building
• Own the team-building budget and plan for all teams
• Maintain and update database of recommended team building activities and venues
• Inspire direct reports to be excited about getting to work everyday and managing their KPI’s
• Conduct performance reviews for direct reports

  Job Qualifications:
• 3 – 5 Years of experience in an HR role with at least 2 years spent on Learning and Development
• Qualification in Human Resources, Organisation Psychology or Business Studies
• Member/Student Member of ZIHRM
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High levels of integrity and diligence
• Excellent administrative skills
• Computer Literate with Microsoft Office Skills computer abilities
• Great interpersonal skills with a great sense of Team and Culture
